In my practice of Physical Therapy over the past twenty years I have been inspired by many alternative paths to healing, both personally and professionally. I have had the good fortune to work with countless patients who have put their trust and faith in me in the midst of their own process of healing and recovery from illness, injury, trauma and disease. To these teachers of mine, and all my relations, my gratitude is unlimited.

Karen Chrappa Growing in self awareness inspires me. Life is a lesson. What are we here to learn? From this place of seeking and understanding I draw inspiration. Creating an inquiry in others is my quest.

I am blessed to be able to place my hands on people, to ease suffering, to create awareness and healing. Thai Massage is an offering of my heart to another. In that connection a space of healing and meditation is created. In this place of deep rest and relaxation we restore ourselves. We allow the body to heal itself in ways modern science has not yet figured out.

I am in awe of the miracle of the body. We come fully equipped with the capacity to heal our self. We are able to repair, reconstruct, restore and revitalize every part of our body. Every moment we are manufacturing brand new cells within our body, forever in a process of change and evolution. Unburdening the body of stress, fear, worry and concern and allowing the body to expand into the fullness of its own innate healing capacity is my intention in working with others. Do less, feel more, grow in healing and awareness.

I am grateful for my travels to Thailand, the land of smiles, with my daughters. I am touched by a culture so generous in heart and so rich in loving kindness traditions. It is a source from which I draw a deep well of gratitude.
